Job Description
This position will self-perform tasks as well as support project superintendents to deliver successful projects to our clients on time and on budget with a high level of safety and quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Carpenter Duties & Skills
- Have a basic knowledge and understanding of architectural and structural drawings
- Self-perform tasks such as selective demolition, foundations, framing, siding, and finish carpentry
- Demonstrates the ability to work alone and or with minimal oversight and can stay task driven.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify required materials and equipment to support the project schedule and work efficiencies
- Supports the team to ensure the job site is safe and orderly
- Support the team to maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers alike
- Provide feedback on processes and procedures, as the company truly believes in continuous development and employee involvement
Minimum Work History
- 2+ years of proven carpentry skills
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Has basic hand tools
- Current Washington driver's license and insurable driving record

Superintendents will assist with the coordination and management of on-site activities, as well as work with the owner to deliver successful projects to our clients, on time and on budget with a high level of safety and quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 - $125,000 per year
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Superintendent Duties & Skills
- Successfully read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Self-perform tasks such as selective demolition, foundations, framing, siding, and finish carpentry.
- Manage the overall project and schedules, including assisting the owner in creating the master schedule and updating it on a weekly basis.
- Manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site and maintain schedule integrity.
- Management and supervision of work crews on-site including self-perform tasks.
- Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule and efficiencies.
- Responsible for site safety. Ensure the job site is safe as well as manage compliance with established company safety policies.
- Support the owner to maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers alike.
- Provide feedback on processes and procedures, as the company truly believes in continuous development and employee involvement.
Minimum Work History
- 2+ years of proven leadership or advanced crew lead role
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Has basic hand tools and advanced carpentry skills
- Basic computer skills with experience in MS Office, Outlook, Bluebeam Revu, and iOS platforms preferred

Job Description
The role of the Project Coordinator is to assist project managers with project-related tasks, document control, and office-to-field communication to help deliver successful projects to our clients on time and on budget with a high level of safety and quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Project Manager Duties & Skills
- Provide support and document control for project managers
- Support project manager in monitoring projects and handling any issues that may arise.
- Assist with managing architects and engineers to meet project timelines
- Support pre-construction activities, distribute requests for proposals, collect proposals, and provide bid results
- Provide technical administrative support including the preparation of job start-up documents for distribution to team members
- Request submittals, maintain logs, and coordinate the orderly and prompt approval by architect | engineer | owner for distribution
- Draft and execute subcontractor purchase orders and vendor commitments prior to starting work on site
- Assist project team with creating and issuing RFI’s, change orders, and sub modifications. Maintain accurate change order & RFI logs
- Support construction crews during the construction phase to safely deliver a quality product
- Prepare team meeting agendas, oversee task accountability, and manage project dashboard
- Oversite of warehouse, inventory, and fleet
Qualification & Experience
- Construction knowledge and ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities by deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- A valid driver's license is required

- Can successfully read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
- Can successfully manage the estimating process from the initial client introduction through design, permitting, commencement, and close-out of projects simultaneously.
- Design/build experience is strongly preferred for this position.
- Evaluate labor and material for tasks such as selective demolition, foundations, framing, siding, and finish carpentry.
- Develop and manage the overall project and schedules, including assisting the superintendent in creating the look-ahead schedule and updating it on a weekly basis.
- Support and manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site and maintain schedule integrity.
- Support the Superintendents to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule and efficiencies.
- Responsible for company and site safety. Ensure the job sites are safe as well as manage compliance with established company safety policies.
- Support the owner to maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers alike.
- Provide feedback on processes and procedures, as the company genuinely believes in continuous development and employee involvement.
Minimum Work History
- 3+ years of proven leadership in a Commercial Project Management | Superintendent role.
- 5+ years of construction experience.
- Having a strong work history in the field as a Superintendent, Foreman, and or Crew Lead is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Schedule Software (Project, Smartsheet), and Estimating | Take-off Software (Blue Beam | Plan Swift, etc.) are preferred.
- Current Washington driver's license and insurable driving record required for employment.
